1. Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for products that are:

  • Damaged during transit
  • Defective or of poor quality
  • Incorrect items delivered

Products must be unused and in their original packaging to qualify for a return.

2. Refund Process

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order details and photos of the issue
  • We will arrange for pickup or ask you to ship the item back
  • Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item
  • Refunds are credited to the original payment method

3. Replacements

For damaged or incorrect items, we offer free replacement subject to stock availability. If the product is out of stock, a full refund will be issued.

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Opened food products (unless defective)
  • Items purchased on clearance or special promotion
